What seems to be a growing trend in the boutique cigar market, reusing previous blend in a smaller vitola makes for a tasty cigar. L’Atelier has taken this concept and produced Cracker Crumbs which borrows from the previous Animal Cracker. L’Atelier’s IPCPR 2014 introduced a full line of smaller cigars in 5 packs, meant to be a premium long filler cigar with 30-45 minute smoke time.

Sweet cocoa and cherry scent escape the toothy wrapper. The cold draw has a soft tobacco taste. A stunning presentation with a solid good looking white with black band.
First puffs– Very woodsy taste comes through mixed with the taste of a nilla wafer. Kind of vanilla and cookie flavoring but is creamy. There is a slight pepper as well that sits on the back of the palate.
First third– Super creamy and smooth with a near perfect draw. I get tastes of cherry and vanilla along with a lite cedar note. The burn line is very good, producing a nice tight white ash.
Second and Final third– The flavors have shifted to a burnt marshmallow and toast with a hint of vanilla still present. The strength is a solid medium with pepper coming back in to play.
